Effective from 19 November 2018, all Chinese visa applicants will be required to provide their all 10 fingerprints according to Chinese relevant laws and regulations. Exemption from the obligation of fingerprints collections is applicable to the following applicants:

1．Applicants under the age of 14 or above70.

2．Holders of diplomatic passports or applicants who meet the requirements of diplomatic, official or courtesy visas.

3．Applicants who have already had their fingerprints collected at this Embassy within the following 5 years.

4．Applicants who suffer from ten fingers mutilation or whose fingerprints cannot be collected.
